Reset Password

You can reset your Open as App password either through the web page or via the app.

Reset the password via the web page

  1. Click "Forgot password?" under the input field for the password.
  2. Enter your e-mail address with which you registered with Open as App.
  3. Click "Reset Password".
  4. You will automatically be sent an email from Open as App.
  5. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.
  6. You are automatically redirected to Open as App.
  7. Enter a new password in the "New password" and "Confirm new password" fields.
  8. Click the "Change Password" button.
  9. You are logged-in directly and can switch to the Dashboard via the icon at the top right.

Reset the password via the native app (iOS/Android)

  1. Open the app on your smartphone and go to "log in".
  2. Next to the "Password" field, click Help.
  3. Enter your e-mail address.
  4. Click "Reset Password".
  5. You will automatically be sent an email from Open as App.
  6. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.
  7. You are automatically redirected to Open as App.
  8. Enter a new password in the "New password" and "Confirm new password" fields.
  9. Click the "Change Password" button.
  10. You are logged-in directly and can switch to the Dashboard via the icon at the top right.

You have successfully set up your new password.
You can use the newly modified password to log in to the app.
